On the longer runs, Mercedes is looking mighty. Shame we can't compare to Williams, though. Hamilton's last lap a 1:43.467 on 19-lap old tyres. Alonso's a 1:45.184.

@ken: Magnussen has a longer shelf life than Button as he is a younger driver. More risk in dropping a guy like Magnussen if another team was to pick him up.
