Less than four minutes left so the last chance now for people to get their running in.
@Mary-Lou: An interesting one. Rosberg has a habit of finding some extra time on Saturday this season, while Hamilton seems to have another whole level on top of that on Sunday.
@Siddhesh: Worth remembering Friday sessions need to be taken with a pinch of salt... we don't know the different run plans the teams are running remember.
@Kanageloa: I don't really buy into sandbagging too much, both of them will be trying to find as much out from this session as they can. Rosberg's skill is learning overnight from the data and applying that to his one-lap pace in qualifying.
I actually wrote that and then remembered I'm a professional journalist.
@Robsidoo: Seems it fell apart with the team going into administration. As I said earlier, the team was restricted to one new driver here because you can only use four in a season - it needed a driver bringing some pretty hefty cash with him and Stevens fit the bill (excuse the pun)
The clock has expired, so drivers will finish their current runs.
Hamilton's soft run pace looks pretty consistent. TV replays show Vettel locking up heavily coming into Turn 8.
The drivers are slowing down for the virtual safety car period which has become the norm in practice currently. All speed must be lowered to 80km/h, in this case between Turn 14 and Turn 16.
Thanks as always for joining me for today's session. Who will win the oh-so-crucial battle for pole tomorrow? Please join us again tomorrow to find out.
