@ankur: Nope. The team has been quite clear it's a VJM07
Massa, Verstappen and Kvyat on track this morning. It looks like Red Bull are doing pit stop practice again with no time on the board.
@WimvandeKimmenade: Changing the fuel flow rate might be a way to increase power quite quickly and easily. But that impacts the size of the fuel tank and other aspects of car design
@KrunalBadlani: He'll be in the car tomorrow.
Hamilton had been pumping out the laps - completing five in a row with the track to himself. I've just seen him return to the pits on the white-striped medium tyre.
Poor Jenson getting no love in our poll.
Vettel ventures out on track to join Maldonado.
@NikolaosAntonellos: I don't think so, no. The atmosphere at the team has definitely improved greatly since the doldrums of last year - when a proud team is losing and losing badly there is a cascade affect. As for their actual potential, we still haven't seen any race simulations to compare to Mercedes or Red Bull, who both completed one yesterday.
Kvyat finally completes a timed lap after a lot of pit stop practices this morning, but it still leaves him eighth.
@mfbull: Yep. It's all one big optical illusion.
No laps for Marcus Ericsson, but the team has added photos to its Facebook gallery so no need to panic.
@rockedin123: Good question! Stella has gone to McLaren with Alonso. I don't think anything has been confirmed for Vettel yet, while the rumours are Kimi Raikkonen has switched to David Greenwood.
@FerrariSpiderpig: Just cold tyres, he was one of the first men out on a cold track. He's bee back out on track and is up to 31 laps.
@NikolaosAntonellos: Mercedes power will make a huge amount of difference. Just compare the mood of the team, the laps they've achieved in winter compared to last year. Grosjean said in Jerez he's smiling again and that's because they've got a good package together. Wins might be a tall order with Mercedes and Williams out there but I think they'll be in the mix for podiums.
Verstappen top of the timing screens. Sign of things to come in future?
This is just strange from Mercedes....
You have to click the link to see the Nico Dance in all its glory.
After his early pit stop practice Kvyat is making inroads up the timing screens. He's up to fourth, behind the man he replaced at Red Bull, Vettel, by around three tenths.
Button has returned to the track and completed two laps - seems McLaren is over its early issue?
@NikolaosAntonellos: Time will tell. His move to McLaren wasn't made so he could be the quickest driver in February, remember. He saw it as the most logical choice (away from Mercedes, which was closed off) towards winning that elusive third world title. Over the long run, Alonso feels McLaren and Honda are better equipped to win a title in the next three of four years than Ferrari.
@Fritz: I think there are lots of fans who will vote for a Ferrari regardless.
We're into the final hour of the morning session and it's the wunderkind Verstappen topping proceedings.
